We want you to love your rhode routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original secondary packaging.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place your rhode products back into their original boxes and secure them in a mailing envelope or box.
Print & Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
